An assistant that knows your business, writes in your voice and runs your routines, living in the Claude or ChatGPT you already pay for

Stackenta builds AI assistants for small businesses, using the Claude or ChatGPT you already pay for. We write down how your business works so the assistant knows it, then give it recurring jobs on a schedule, like a morning brief or follow-up drafts, with you approving what goes out. Isaac builds the AI side and Micah designs the business system it runs from.

What is an AI assistant for a small business?

It can mean several things, and they are not the same:

  • A customer-facing chatbot or phone receptionist that talks to your customers.
  • An AI add-on bundled with software you already use, like a scheduling system.
  • An assistant for you and your team, which knows your business and does the repeating work behind the scenes.

We build the third kind. It is the one most owners are missing, because the AI they already use knows nothing about their business.

Why not a new tool?

Because many owners tell us the same thing. A front desk told us that an AI add-on bundled into their scheduling system keeps asking for more information than they need, and they can’t adjust it. A bookshop owner told us she dislikes AI phone receptionists and wonders what they say about a business. Those are fair reactions. A one-size AI that staff can’t change tends to get resented, and a bot talking to your customers can cost you trust.

The alternative is an assistant that works for you, in the tool you already use, in your voice. Nothing new for your staff to learn and nothing between you and your customers.

How do we build one?

Three parts:

  • A written business context. What you sell, who buys, how you talk, your tools and what happens each week, in short pages your AI reads. For a health coach we built this from his own words, so his AI knew how he worked and talked.
  • Routines on a schedule. A short morning brief, follow-up drafts waiting for you, a weekly report with your numbers. They run in the cloud, so they keep going when your laptop is closed.
  • You in the loop. Anything that goes to a customer starts as a draft you approve. You decide when a routine can run on its own.

What do you keep?

Your content and data, and you can export them any time. The assistant lives in your own Claude or ChatGPT, so you aren’t locked into anything of ours to keep using it.

How do you start?

With a short initial call booked on this site. If it’s a fit, we set up a free AI audit of about an hour, and a proposal follows about a week later. To try the first step yourself, read how to use ChatGPT for your business once you’re past brainstorming. Or book a call.
